We honor the sacred nature of each item and offering shared through the Mayan Mystery School. Every product, service, and course is created with ceremonial intention, cultural reverence, and energetic care. This Return & Refund Policy is designed to reflect both our commitment to spiritual integrity and fair business practices.

Physical Products

You may request a return for eligible physical items (e.g., ritual tools, altar items, ceremonial kits) within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

  • Must include original packaging where applicable

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

 

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Digital downloads (eBooks, PDFs, guided meditations, etc.)

  • Online courses (live or pre-recorded)

  • Consecrated ritual tools (items that have been blessed, customized, or ritually activated)

  • Opened or used products

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Spiritual services (readings, consultations, initiations)

We ask that you purchase with clear intention, as many of these offerings are energetic tools and once received, cannot be returned to inventory for spiritual and hygienic reasons.

Digital Products & Online Courses

All digital products and courses are final sale. Due to the nature of instant access and transmission of content, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital materials or live experiences.

Rescheduling Services

If you’ve booked a reading or session and need to reschedule, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Sessions not rescheduled within this window will be considered redeemed and are non-refundable.

We provide our offerings as spiritual tools — not medical, legal, or guaranteed transformational solutions. Every seeker’s path is unique, and outcomes depend on personal alignment, readiness, and engagement. We do not guarantee specific results from magical or ritual work.

How to Request a Return

Please include your Order Number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

Once approved, you will receive instructions for sending the item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
